The main component of this installation is an object, resembling an alien-like creature, which Katja Novitskova created, among other things, from an electronic baby swing. This creature blinks menacingly and rotates noisily with subtle movements. The artist dramatically illustrates the increasing alienation between humans and nature. Furthermore, resin discs hanging from the ceiling cast shadow images onto the wall, which may allude to apocalyptic conditions of an uncertain future.

Electronic baby swing, polyurethane resin, bug robot, epoxy resin, synthetic plaster, nail polish, silicone fishing lures, power magnets, silicone eggs, PVC cable ducts, aluminum spider base, digital print on polyurethane resin, rotating hooks
