Spaces at Marta Herford

More on the blog (German)

From the conference to art: Marta Herford creates space for interdisciplinary dialogue. The ensemble of exhibition rooms, event forum, catering, seminar rooms and offices gives rise to a unique creative system. Under the spectacular stainless steel roof by star architect Frank Gehry we create space for exchange and ideas.

For many years now we have been accompanying corporate customers, event agencies and private persons in the individual planning of their special event. Experience and sensitivity are combined here in the museum with pleasure in demanding, imaginative events, and enthusiasm for the proximity to an artistically inspired environment. We will be happy to show you the museum and advise you individually in the planning of your event.

Here a short overview of our space offer:

Our three seminar rooms, offering a light, pleasant atmosphere and comprehensive technical equipment, are available for conferences and workshops. The rooms are located on the third floor of the Museum with glass façades both on the front and rear sides of the building. They can be reached via the stairwell and a wheelchair-accessible elevator. An intelligent space allocation concept enables you to adapt the room size to the number of participants.

The entrance lobby at Marta Herford offers an impressive setting where you can greet your guests and business partners, or for the breaks during your event in the Forum. The great architectural contrasts between the several-meter-high glass façade affording a clear view of the sky, the walls of Canadian maple and the rear side offering a clear view of the river Aa make this an ideal venue for your reception.
