Payment & Delivery

Payment
Orders must be paid for in advance. When you make an order, you will receive via e-mail your invoice, our bank details and your order number. Please transfer to our account the amount stated as soon as possible, as goods will only be delivered once payment has been received.

Delivery
Deliveries are made via DHL.

Delivery costs & conditions
There is no minimum order value. The following delivery costs apply within Germany:
up to 1 kilo: 3,00 Euro
1 to 2 kilos: 5,00 Euro
2 to 10 kilos: 8,00 Euro

We deliver once weekly. Within Germany our selected delivery company delivers goods within three to four days. Our delivery conditions and prices apply only to deliveries within Germany. For international deliveries, we charge the applicable postage costs. If you have any questions regarding delivery costs, please contact the Marta Bookshop directly at shop@marta-herford.de. Naturally, we can deliver goods only while stocks are available. This applies especially to remaining stock, limited editions and special offers.

Receipt of goods
Please ensure that all goods are undamaged. If you are unsure, please open the parcel in the presence of the delivery company employee. Do not accept a damaged parcel or one that has already been opened (we recommend noting the name of the delivery company employee in such cases), for in so doing you are tacitly confirming that you received the parcel in good condition. We wish to point out that the risk of damage to the goods being delivered is transferred from ourselves to yourselves the moment you accept the parcel.
